Vital House - Flex

does the job

Way too sweet

Repost because they don't show 1 star reviews. I have tried different *lents in the past, soylent, hol food, and now vital house. Unfortunately I find that vital house is the weakest of all the ones I tried, which is mainly due to 2 different reasons. First, it's way, way, way too sweet which is not only because they use sucralose which also tastes weird, but also because they added too much of it. It would probably taste better with stevia and if they would tone down the sweetness. But maybe they used this excessive sweetness to mask other taste problems. Second, out of all the products I tried, this one is also by far the thickest product. I tried the recommended dosage of 3 spoons on 500ml water and it turned out almost as thick as pancake batter. I had a really hard time drinking it and had to toss half of it. I tried it again with 2 scoops and it was much easier to drink. I don't mind the oat flavour, which is what it mostly tastes like, but please replace sucralose with stevia and make it less sweet. For now I'll go back to a different product which unfortunately isn't vegan, but I'll give this another try once they refined their formula.

Gotta love it. the Vanilla more.

A Great Product

I consume this drink once every day or two as part of my weight loss routine, and the amount of protein it has makes it an ideal start to my eating window as part of my intermittent fast. I also find it delicious.

That being said, it can't help but be compared to Biolent, its previous iteration, which was a better value. I also retain Biolent's original portion size of 500 calories per serving, which, to me, makes more sense from a nutritional perspective.
